Last updated: DD Month 2026
This policy explains how Aeon Leads Ltd (“Aeon Leads”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects and uses personal data. It covers personal data collected through this website and personal data collected through the lead-generation campaigns we run on behalf of our business clients.

2. The data we collect
2.1 Website enquiries
When you fill in a form on this website we collect the information you provide, typically name, company, work email, phone number, vertical of interest, volume expectations, and the contents of your message.
2.2 Lead-generation campaigns
When we generate a consumer lead on behalf of a client, we collect the information the consumer provides on the campaign landing page. This typically includes name, postcode, email, phone, and information relevant to the service being enquired about (for example: property type, loan amount, matter type).
2.3 Technical data
Our web servers log standard technical information (IP address, browser, timestamp) for security and diagnostic purposes. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising scripts on this website by default.
3. Our lawful basis
- Website enquiries from businesses — legitimate interests (responding to your enquiry about our services).
- Consumer lead data — the consumer’s explicit consent, captured at the point of enquiry, including the identity of the client(s) their data will be shared with.
- Compliance and record-keeping — legal obligation (retaining consent records to evidence compliance with UK GDPR and PECR).
4. How we use personal data
- To respond to enquiries about our lead-generation services.
- To generate, validate and qualify consumer leads, then pass them to the client the consumer consented to.
- To maintain an auditable consent trail.
- To prevent fraud, duplicate submissions and misuse of our systems.
5. Who we share personal data with
- Our business clients — for consumer leads, only where the consumer has consented and only the client(s) the consumer selected or was informed of.
- Our data processors — hosting, CRM, email and form-handling providers under written data-processing agreements.
- Regulators and authorities — where required by law (for example, responding to an ICO request or a lawful court order).
6. How long we keep personal data
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, unless a longer retention is required by law. Typical periods:
- Business enquiries via this website — up to 24 months after last contact.
- Consumer lead records and consent evidence — up to 6 years, consistent with UK limitation periods.
- Server logs — up to 90 days.
7. International transfers
Where a processor we use is outside the UK, we rely on UK-approved safeguards (UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision). Details available on request.
8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate personal data.
- Ask us to erase your personal data.
- Restrict or object to our processing.
- Data portability.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.
- Complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@aeonleads.co.uk.
9. Cookies
This website uses only strictly necessary cookies required for the site to function. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies by default. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent before any non-essential cookies are set.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed.
